Making A Purchase Just browse our store and add items you wish to buy to the shopping cart. When you have made your selections, click 'Checkout', you will be asked to provide a few details and then you can complete your order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, traditional mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling Shipping is free within the UK on all orders over £80 in value. Orders valued at £80 or less are charged at £10. Please note many of the products are only certified to work in the UK. If in doubt please contact us with your details. Delivery Schedule Typical delivery is about 3 business days. Most orders are sent Next Day Delivery, smaller items are sent by Royal Mail.
You will be notified by email if the delivery is expected to be much longer, with an option to cancel the order if you prefer not to wait. |

Guarantee All of our products come with a 1 year guarantee unless otherwise stated.
Should a product appear faulty please contact us immediately by emailing sales@pme247.co.uk with a brief description of the problem. After the faulty goods have been received by PME247 a replacement or repair will be dispatched.
When returning goods over £20 in value we advise you to insure against loss or damage in transit. We will not credit goods that are subsequently lost or damaged. The cost of this service is minimal and is payable at the Post Office at the time of posting. We cannot refund postal charges on returned goods.

Returns Policy In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with your purchase it can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods. For our no quibble refund, all returned items must be in an unused and undamaged condition in original packing.
When goods are returned under the 14 day returns policy we will refund the full purchase price of the goods, but not the postage and packaging.
Before returning any goods please contact us for a Returned Goods Number.
